Edible Cookie Dough

Things You’ll Need


1/2 cup softened butter or margarine

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

2 cups all purpose flour

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini M&M’s

Decorating Ingredients


1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips


Let’s Get Baking!


  1. Put your butter or margarine and your brown sugar in a tall stand mixer and mix at a low speed. Whip until it’s fluffy. Now put in your vanilla extract and mix.

  2. Now put in your flour and sweetened condensed milk, alternating the two. Now pour in your mini M&M’s and chocolate chips.

  3. Now that the cookie dough is mixed, in a 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper start patting down your cookie dough.

  4. Now you want to put foil over your cookie dough and let it freeze for 2 hours.

Frosting Time


  1. Set your stove top to medium heat and pour in your chocolate chips and . peanut butter.

  2. Stir until it is melted.

  3. Get your cookie dough out when it is done and pour your frosting on and spread it around.

  4. Put your foil back on the cookie dough and let it freeze for 1 hour.

  5. Eat and enjoy!!
